TOWN OF HUDSON

TOWN BOARD MEETING

January 2, 2012

A regular scheduled meeting of the Hudson Town Council was called to order at 6:00 p.m. with Kathy Kope presiding.

The following persons were present:

ROLL CALL: KATHY KOPE_X_ PHILLIP DAWSON_X__ STEVE SMITH_X__

Marlene Smith _X_ Ward Odom _X_

GUESTS: Jennifer Pence, Bill Ebert, Kallie Egly

OLD BUSINESS: There was no old business.

NEW BUSINESS: The purpose of the meeting was an organizational meeting. P. Dawson nominated K. Kope for Council President, second by S. Smith. K. Kope nominated P. Dawson for Council Vice-President, second S. Smith. All unanimously approved.

Meetings will remain at 6:00 p.m. on the fourth Tuesday of each month at the Hudson Town Hall. The meeting format will remain the same.

K. Kope moved to accept all appointments to the standing boards and commissions of the Town, second P. Dawson, unanimous.

ADDITIONAL BUSINESS: None.

ADJOURNMENT: K. Kope moved to adjourn, second P. Dawson, unanimous. The meeting was adjourned at 6:17 p.m.
