CALL TO ORDER: The Town Council President Brian Hayes called
the Town Council First Public Hearing of the proposed 2012 Budget meeting to
order at 6:05 pm.
Attendees: Steve
Smith, Kathy Kope, Lyle Torrence, Josh Kope, Ed Miller, Ward Odom, Atta “Tatsy”
Hayes
Time was given to
look over the proposed budget. The Town Manager mentioned that the 2013 budget
was going to be even tighter with the cut back in taxes from the government. Hearing no questions, Steve Smith motioned to
adjourn the meeting, second Kathy Kope, unanimous..
ADJOURNMENT: Meeting adjourned at 6:10 p.m.
