OLD
BUSINESS: None
NEW
BUSINESS: Anna Platt wanted to know when the
park committee would be meeting and felt that there should be a special
meeting. She complimented the flowers
but questioned who made the decision on the kind of flowers since there had been
no meeting. Ward Odom said that he made
the decision since the Park Board had not met.
President Hayes suggested that a meeting for the park committee be set
by the middle of June. David and Sherry Ortega inquired as to the closing of
Fourth Street that runs behind their property.
The road is platted but not used. They also voiced complaints about a
neighbor’s mowing and intrusion on their privacy. The president suggested tabling any action
until the next meeting in hopes that some of the problems can be worked
through.

Smith to adjourn. Meeting adjourned.
Respectfully
submitted,
