CALL
TO ORDER: The meeting was called to
order by Clerk-treasurer at 1:00 p.m.
Attendees:
Brian Hayes, Kathy Kope, Steve Smith, Brenda
Mast, Gary Kope, Josh Kope, Sean Walker and Robin Hayes
The
Clerk-Treasurer administered the Oath of Office to Brian E. Hayes, Kathleen
Kope, and Steven Smith, the elected 2008 Town Council. The next order of business
was to elect a president for 2008. Kathy
Kope made the motion, seconded by Steve Smith that Brian Hayes serves as
president. Motion carried. It was
decided that the best time for all council members to meet would be the 4th
Friday of the month at 6:30 pm. President Hayes made the motion to this effect,
seconded by Kathy Kope. Motion
carried. The next town council meeting
will be January 25, 2008, at 6:30 pm. at the Town Hall.
Having
no further business, Hayes motioned the meeting be adjourned, seconded by Steve
Smith. Motion carried.
