2008 BUDGET

CALL TO ORDER: The
meeting was called to order by President Sean Walker at
PRESENT: Gene Hamm,
Kathy Kope, Anna Platt, Lyle Torrence, Betty Hamm,
Sarah Odom, Town Manager Ward Odom and Clerk-Treasurer Tatsy Hayes
BUSINESS: President Sean
Walker asked if there were any questions or comments on the proposed
budget. After a brief discussion,
President Walker moved, seconded by Councilman Gene Hamm to approve the budget
to be presented at the Town Council meeting set for September 21, 2007 at 5:00
pm for final approval.
Having no further business, the president moved, seconded by
Gene Hamm to adjourn the meeting. The
meeting was adjourned at 5:08 p.m.
