Hudson Redevelopment Commission

The Hudson Redevelopment Commission met in the Hudson Town Hall on February 29. 2009. The President Kathy Kope called the meeting to order at 6:20 pm.  The president motioned that the minutes of the previous meeting be approved, seconded by Mark Phillips. Motion carried.

 

Those in attendance were: Steve Smith, Brian Hayes, Mark Phillips, Ed Miller, Brenda Mast, Andy Mast, Sarah Odom, Gary Kope, Anna Platt, Betty Hamm, Gene Hamm, Lye Torrence, David Ortega, Josh Beach, Bill Ebert, John McGee, Tatsy Hayes, and Ward Odom.

 

President Kathy Kope presented a letter to be given to the Town Council concerning the status of the TIF District at the close of 2008.  Town Manager Ward Odom enumerated on the consolidation of the two loans into one.

 

Mark Phillips motioned that the present officers and board be reelected to serve for 2009.  Brian Hayes seconded this motion.  The motion carried.

Having no further business, the president motioned, seconded by Mark Phillips to adjourn the meeting.  Meeting adjourned.
