Hudson Plan Commission

The Hudson Plan Commission was called to order by President David Mann was called to order at 7:05 pm. Those present were: Brian Hayes, Kathy Kope, Steven Smith, Joshua Beach, Mary Lou Hartman, Town Manager Ward Odom, and Clerk-Treasurer Tatsy Hayes.

A motion by Brian Hayes, seconded by Kathy Kope was made to approve the minutes of the previous meeting. Joshua Beach motioned that the same officers and members of the board be re-elected for 2009. Motion seconded by Mary Lou Hartman. Motion unanimously carried.

President David Mann requested that the issue of the mailbox locations be tabled at the present time. He then told the members that the main course of business for the members was to review and update the 2002 Hudson Comprehensive Plan. Each was given a copy of the current comprehensive plan and asked to look over and review the material.

Since this will require more planning meetings, the members set the 4^th Tuesday of each month to meet. The next meeting will be Tuesday, March 24^th at 6:00pm in the Town Hall.

Having no further business, a motion by Joshua Beach, seconded by Mary Lou Hartman to adjourn. Motion carried.
