Hudson Plan Commission

March 24, 2009

The Hudson Plan Commission was called to order by President David Mann to order at 6:05 pm.  Those present were: Kathy Kope, Steven Smith, Josh Beach, Town Manager Ward Odom, and Clerk-Treasurer Tatsy Hayes.

A motion by Kathy Kope, seconded by Josh Beach was made to approve the minutes of the February 27, 2009 meeting.   The President then asked three questions concerning Hudson.  The first concerned the number of homes, excluding the mobile home park, in Hudson, (146),  the second, the highest point or elevation (1067 feet above sea level), and third, the original name of Hudson (North Benton).  All could get the original name, but faltered on the other two questions.

It was decided that we meet once a month.  One section will be covered each meeting. A meeting was set for April 28th, at 6:00 p.m. to cover the introduction and pages 1, 2, and 3. We are to look for spelling, grammatical errors, and changes that need to be made.

Having no further business, a motion by Joshua Beach, seconded by Kathy Kope   to adjourn.  Motion carried.

Respectfully submitted,

Atta “Tatsy” Hayes

Clerk-Treasurer
