Hudson Plan Commission

May 22, 2009

The Hudson Plan Commission was called to order by President David Mann 6:03 pm. with the Pledge of Allegiance. Those present were: Kathy Kope, Steven Smith, Josh Beach, Town Manager Ward Odom, and Clerk-Treasurer Tatsy Hayes.

A motion by Josh Beach, seconded by Kathy Kope was made to approve the minutes of the March 24, and April 28, 2009 meetings.

Work was started on reviewing the Comprehensive Plan beginning with the Introduction and pages one-three. Changes made in Article 1-Objectives and Policies were primarily change in 2002 dates to 2010. A review of the Plan will be in 2015. Changes in Section One were date changes. Everything remained the same with the exception of Residential Development. In Article 1-2-1, the projected increase in the number of single-family houses was reduced from (5) to (2).

The next scheduled meeting is June 23, 2009, at 6:00p.m. The material to be examined will be Section 2.

Having no further business, a motion by President David Mann, seconded by Kathy Kope to adjourn. Motion carried.
