activities of the Redevelopment Commission was discussed. In reviewing the activities of the immediate
past year, the Hudson Redevelopment Commission continued with only one new
activity, the offset of costs associated with a possible new commercial
activity. To this end, the Commission
has committed to the reimbursement of utility easements, driveway permit
applications, and drainage on the site to be reimbursed over a five (5) year
period beginning December, 2008. The
annual reimbursement will be $8,000. The Commission continued to stay focused
on the completion of existing projects.
As of December 31, 2007, these projects were:

The
western extension of the water and sewer lines completed in 2003 had a debt of
$158,844.38.

The total indebtedness is $213,183.29 with
the existing debt being repaid from Tax Increment Funds(TIF). The end of the year balance in the TIF funds
is $28,546.69. The Tax Increment
Replacement (TIR) funds have not yet been approved but were budgeted for

current debt.

made by Kathy Kope and seconded by Brian Hayes to adjourn. Motion carried.
