7:00 p.m. due to the absence of the President Chad Minier.

Purpose: Biannual meeting
Minutes of the June
19, 2006 minutes were distributed. Perry
Clingan motioned that the minutes be approved, seconded by the Clerk-Treasurer
Atta “Tatsy” Hayes.
Since there was no
business to conduct, Perry Clingan moved the meeting be adjourned. Motion carried.
